We deliver to most UK residential addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship to the following locations at this time: the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. Our delivery service charge is £6.99 applies to all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched by us, we'll send you an email to let you know. On the day of delivery, you will also receive confirmation of your allocated delivery window. We provide a delivery service 7 days a week, so you'll get it soon.
We use top-of-the-line ice packs and take great care in ensuring the quality of our packaging process to maintain the ideal temperature for cold items during transit. The perishable items will be delivered in a well-insulated box with ice packs that are designed to remain chilled for up to 48 hours. The number of ice packs placed in the cool box may vary throughout the year depending on the temperature expected on your delivery day. Should you ever have any worries about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Yes, simply go to the order history, tap on the order you’d like to repeat, and choose to reorder/view, from there you will be able to add all items to the cart, edit the order as you wish, and submit it.
You can cancel your order before the order is processed by us or enters the delivery process. You can check the status of your order by selecting “My Order” from your account.
A change of address can only be done BEFORE the order has shipped out. Once the order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to call shipping company and update the address. We will not be responsible for a package going to the wrong address because of misinformation the customer entered..If you are away and will not be home to accept a 3 package, you will have to call the shipping company and make arrangements for pick up or re-delivery
